Too many people have the same story with contractors — a number on the quote, a different number on the invoice. A crew that misses days. A site left rough. Lakeshore Excavation was built to be the opposite of that.
We're a local, owner-operated outfit working out of Fort Ann. We handle site work, foundations, land clearing, septic, driveways and drainage across the Slate Valley and just over the Vermont line. Big jobs, small jobs, jobs the last guy walked off — we'll come look at any of it.
When you hire Lakeshore, you're hiring the person who quotes the job. The owner is on site, running the machine or directing the crew, every day until it's done. That's the whole reason it works.
